If you use separate Snoot accounts for different workspaces, link them to switch between those workspaces in one browser. Only link accounts you own and can open both inboxes for.
Link your accounts
- Sign in to the account you want to keep. Its email and password will stay on the account.
- Open Your account from the account menu. Under Sign-in emails, enter the other account's email and choose Send confirmation link.
- Open the email in the same browser where you're signed in, then follow its link. It expires after 30 minutes.
- Review the details and choose Confirm and link email.
What happens when you link them?
Linking moves the other account's workspaces and support history to your kept account. For workspaces both accounts belong to, Snoot keeps the role with more access. Your email and password stay on the kept account; the other account's password and active sessions are removed. Sign in with either email and the kept password, or request a magic link for either address.
If the other email isn't tied to a Snoot account yet, linking it just adds it as another sign-in email for the same account and workspace list. Switch workspaces from the account menu. To give someone else access, invite them from Workspace settings under Team instead.
