A test chat checks that your widget, website, and inbox are connected.
- Publish the page with your Snoot install code.
- Open that page in a private window or another browser.
- Select the Snoot launcher and send a short message.
- Open your Snoot inbox and reply to the conversation.
- Check that your reply appears in the website chat.
Keep the website chat open while you reply. The visitor sees the answer right away.
The first conversation will appear in the inbox. From there, you can assign it, add a private note, or follow up later.
